Welcome to Dropsy. By onboarding with Dropsy, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Onboarding & Services:
    Upon payment of the onboarding fee, Dropsy will provide account setup, compliance guidance, product listing, warehousing support, and sales training, as per the selected program (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy).
  2. Sales & Capital Assurance:
    If applicable, sales or capital assurance is subject to terms defined in your onboarding proposal. Sellers must follow the guidelines and training provided for eligibility.
  3. Inventory & Fulfillment:
    All inventory purchased via Dropsy must be paid in advance. Inventory procurement, fulfillment timelines, and returns are managed in coordination with our U.S. warehouse partners.
  4. Seller Responsibilities:
    Sellers are responsible for managing their accounts, following platform policies, and communicating promptly. Misuse of platform, delayed communication, or inactivity may affect performance and support.
  5. Refund Policy:
    Onboarding fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise under a specific money-back clause. In such cases, refund is processed after reviewing account status and seller activity.
  6. Data & Confidentiality:
    Seller data, product info, and sales insights will be kept confidential and used only to enhance business operations under Dropsy’s programs.
  7. Program Duration:
    Each service program is valid for one year from the onboarding date unless renewed.
